- 1948: Innaugration
- 1957: Construction of 48 bed ward at Apeksha Hospital for Radium treatment, donated to the Minitry of Health.
- 1962: Established the Bandaranaike Memorial Homes for 60 patients.
- 1976: Established a Home in Kandy.
- 1996: Established ‘Shantha Sevana’ Hospice.
- 1997: Commenced Poly Clinic at Head Office.
- 1997: Incorporation by Act.No 10 of 1997.
- 2018: Associate Membership of the union for International Cancer Control (UICC) Geneva, Switzerland in 2018
